Harting European Distribution Center

3deluxe is planning a high-tech logistics center with adjacent administration building on 27.000 sqm for the company Harting in Espelkamp in North Rhine-Westphalia.

In May 2017, the first sod was turned for the 40 Million Euro mega-project of the Harting Technologiegruppe, completion is scheduled for mid 2019. The future administration building for 300 employees is characterized by a contemporary concept for open work spaces: an open landscape for various operational areas bathed in light on several floors, offering employees at Harting a pleasant environment that fulfills precise requirements towards modern and efficient work. A modern food lounge as well as outdoor recreation areas are attached to the administration area in an organic way. Along with the high-tech logistics hall – including an automated high rack warehouse and high-speed shuttle robots in materials-handling technology – one of the most innovative logistics centers in Europe is in the making in Espelkamp.
