Hotel Adlon Kempinski, the most prestigious luxury hotels in Germany, Berlin was in 2016 refurbished with an investment volume of 6. Mio Euros. In the refurbishment phase, that included lobby and reception area the complete lighting system was renewed.

The aim of the lighting concept was to support a clear functional hierarchy for the lobby, the adjacent reception, the bar and the breakfast areas, thus optically harmonizing these spaces to create a clear overall spatial impact. The uniting special feature, golden casseted ceiling was brought with lighting to attention with integrated dynamic white LED fixtures.
