The commission is the renovation of an 12,453 sq.m. old factory as an art center for ceramic art works on the Jianghua Rd. in Shanghai. The strategy adds new functional space into the original large-span spatial structure to create a flexible and enjoyable exhibition room. Besides, various scale of spaces satisfy different
requirements of diverse ceramic exhibition. The art center would be a cultural landmark working with surrounding Wanda commercial area after open to the public.
