Site plan of Yangzonghai Tourism Town, Yunnan

Based on the previously completed masterplan for the first stage for the northwestern area around the Yangzonghai lake, the task was to analyze and valuate an area of 42 ha in the northern part taking into account factors like ecology, protection of the environment, city planning and tourism. The aim of the planning was to develop a high quality holiday village (resort) on the waterfront, predicated on its future image as a tourist location, technical infrastructure and realization phases.
