Position：Marketing Manager
Type：Full-time
Location：Guangzhou office 

Main responsibilities
1.Responsible for initiating proposals and presentation material.
2.Preparing, facilitating, and organizing relevant client visits and meetings.
3.Developing and managing client relationships and database.
4.Managing the projects; from signing of contracts and assisting in payment settlement.
5.Tracking and reporting on the progress of new business leads.
6.Carrying out market-related research and action plans for business development.
7.Responsible for assigning tasks and setting goals for the marketing team.

Position requirements
1.Master degree in marketing or design related major, overseas background is preferred.
2.More than 3 years of management experience in business development and marketing with deep understanding and knowledge of the global architecture design market is preferred.
3.Excellent bilingual communication skills in Chinese & English with both verbal and written negotiation skills.
4.Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
5.Good team management skills.
6.Self-motivated with excellent work ethic.
