Position:Senior Architect
Type:Full-time
Location:Guangzhou office
Main responsibilities
Assist project architect through all design and construction phases, with the aim of achieving high quality built architectural works.
Position requirements
1.Bachelor or above degree in architecture.
2.Three years or above site and construction administrative experience.
3.Experienced in new construction and adaptive reuse architectural projects.
4.Familiar with schematic design, with exceptional abilities in design development and early construction document design; familiar with the work flow, communication and drawing requirements for all design and construction phases; under the direction of project architect to ensure the continuity and integrity of the concept and schematic design.
5.Ability to work collaboratively and independently during schematic and design development phases; ability to coordinate with LDI and consultants to realize integrated design.
6.Skilled in software packages including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
7.Ability to work in a team-environment, with a strong sense of responsibility.
8. English language ability (read/write/speak) in architectural professional settings a must; priority will be given to native English speakers or bilingual.
