1. 了解建筑学专业或从事设计行业多年，拥有6年以上相关工作经验；
2. 对建筑设计、视觉设计、造型设计、美工设计有深度了解；
3. 摄影、摄像技术娴熟，熟练掌握多媒体视觉效果制作的各种软件；
4. 喜爱音乐，了解当代音乐艺术、并能根据项目展示的需要采编所需的背景音乐。
5. 组织和带领设计团队完成公司市场宣传、媒体宣传、网络宣传的多媒体影片、图像、文字编辑和制作；
6. 良好的沟通和交流能力，优秀的中英文阅读、书写、听说能力。

• Understanding of architecture or design industry for many years. More than 6 years of relevant work experience;
• Deep understanding of architectural design, visual design, modeling design and art design;
• Proficient in photography and video technology, and master various software for multimedia visual effect production;
• Love music and know the art of contemporary music.Able to compile background music according to the project.
• Able to organize and lead the design team to complete the company’s marketing, media publicity, network publicity of multimedia films, images, text editing and production;
• Good communication.Excellent reading,writing,listening and speaking skill in both Chinese and English.
