Hidden under a thick roof with wild plants and flowers that keeps out the sun, surrounded by a reflecting pond that cools down the inner spaces, and half sunken in the garden to create more privacy, the design of Villa Neo is fully adjusted to the harsch climate conditions of the Cypriot countryside. It is a compact and cost-effective dwelling rough-looking on the outsite yet smooth and white on the inside.
