Healthy living and eating was the driving concept behind new restaurant Wheat. The design of the project reflects the fresh and organic character of the food with a primarily white palette with accents of natural and bronze tones.

Green tiles were used at the organic wine bar, which opens to the terrace offering specialty wine cocktails. A living plant wall frames the mosaic tile at the terrace, creating an intimate seating area outside.

Built-in furniture made from compressed fibre boards subtly referr to wheat grain tones and textures. Hanging text and graphics provide clear wayfinding and make the space light and fun. A multi-use flex space at the back of the restaurant provides a space for pop-up yoga, kids play events and private parties.
