Victoria Dockside is a remodeling development of the former New World Centre, which is one of the ambitious and comprehensive urban remodeling projects ever undertaken on the promenade of Hong Kong’s iconic Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront in recent times. The focal point of this US$ 2.6 billion, 3 million square feet remodeled development is a mixed-use tower that comprises international Grade-A offices, a five-star luxury Rosewood Hotel, Rosewood Residences and dining facilities, offering premier art, design, and leisure experiences with unmatched views of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island.

Victoria Dockside is designed in strict adherence to the Sustainable Design Guidelines addressing issues of bulk, height, ventilation, greenery and energy efficiency in buildings. Victoria Dockside not only reshape the skyline of Hong Kong, spark revitalization to the waterfront and bring renewed vigor to the city, but it will also set a new standard for urban sustainable development. This project is a collaboration with KPF on the architectural design and JCFO on landscape design.
