"Architecture is frozen music" being the thematic concept of the design, which metaphors and highlights the building's purpose. Based on absorbing the essence of traditional culture, it is built into a characteristic and delicate architecture, which can hold many kinds of activities. Besides emphasizing the visual identification, we dedicate to the unity of architecture and landscape.
